Hall Booking Charges for 2020
All Day £45
Small local groups having up to 15 people and making a booking six or more times in advance: £15 per booking
Elections and Corporate bookings: £150 per day
Charitable events hire of crockery etc: at the discretion of the committee
To book the Hall, in the first instance please call the Booking Clerk, Annie Frost (01588 620953 or email: HyssingtonVH@outlook.com), to check availability for your dates and your requirements. If necessary she can arrange a viewing of the Hall and give you an estimate of the charges involved and how payment is to be made.
Once your dates have been confirmed as available please read through the agreement and conditions (Booking Hyssington Village Hall) before completing and submitting the booking form. By submitting the form you are agreeing that you have read and understood the terms, conditions and regulations of hire.
If you need a paper copy of the booking form, please request one from the Booking Clerk.
Full payment must be made in advance to the Booking Clerk or immediately after the event by prior arrangement.
